About this app

Credit Card Use Tracker

What is this app for?: Staff who are allowed to use the school business credit card record each purchase here, with the receipt. Khun Oui and the Finance team get one clean record for every charge, instead of a shared sheet everyone can read.
Who can access it?: Only the staff the Head of School has authorised to use the card. Each person sees only their own records. If you need access, ask the Tech Team.

How it works

From the till to Finance, in four steps

Record the purchase

Say what you bought, where, when the card was used, who approved it and when. You cannot save an approval that came after the purchase.

Add the receipt

Drag in a PDF, a photo or a screenshot, up to five files. They are renamed for you, so Finance can find them.

Correct it within 24 hours

Spotted a mistake? Fix it for 24 hours. After that the record is locked, and Khun Oui can release it for another 24 hours if you give a reason.

Finance gets one clean sheet

Khun Oui and Finance are told when you save. Your own list shows every purchase in baht, and nobody else sees it.
